Two independent pity tracks: a 4-star-or-better guarantee by wish 10, and a special 5-star-or-better guarantee by wish 90. Special drops reset both tracks; ordinary 4-star drops reset only the 4-star track. Pity carries across singles and ten-wish batches.

Settings
General shop controls
Pause wallet transactions during maintenance, or schedule when the shop opens. These controls are enforced by the database for every wallet transaction.
Shop items
Group items by category, rarity, or exact price to review and adjust them. Save all applies pending inline name, price, and category edits; use the bulk editor to apply settings across selected items.
Categories
Create a list or rename a category; renaming updates every item in it.
Shared rarity and category sales caps
These limits are separate from each item’s own sales cap. A purchase is blocked when any applicable cap is reached. Counts start at zero when a cap is first set; earlier purchases do not count.
Shared purchases to fulfill
Collaborative items are checked out automatically once their price is covered. These purchases are shared rather than assigned to one contributor.
Home page elements
Change the main headings and choose which sections appear on the storefront.
Panel banners
The hero and gacha panels are clean by default. Upload an optional background image for either panel; a dark overlay keeps text readable. PNG, JPG, and WebP images up to 10 MB are supported.

Users, balances & access
Wallet changes are recorded in the transaction history and admin audit log. At least one administrator must remain, and you cannot revoke your own access here.
Bulk wallet adjustments
Upload a CSV with columns twitch_id,amount,reason. Use a signed whole-number amount (positive to add, negative to remove). Every account must already exist, each row needs its own reason, and the whole batch is rejected if any row is invalid. Maximum 500 accounts per batch.
